                              RESOLUTION NO. 21441
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH HAMILTON COUNTY,
                 TENNESSEE, RELATIVE TO THE CITY'S PICK-UP OF
                 GARBAGE FROM CURRENT CITY SCHOOLS FOR THE NEXT
                 SIX (6) MONTHS OR UNTIL THE COUNTY PURCHASES
                 TRUCKS TO DO SO.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Hamilton County,
       Tennessee, relative to the City's pick-up of garbage from current 

       City Schools for the next six (6) months or until the County
       purchases trucks to do so.
